Monthly Meets for 2012 Announced

Here are the dates for the 2012 Monthly meets. As always, they are the on the last Tuesday of the month, from 7:30pm onwards at the Inn-on-the-Lake, Silvermere Golf course, Cobham, Surrey.

As December’s meet falls on Christmas day, we will look to hold a weekend meet, with meal, a week or two before Christmas.

Christmas Lunch – Sunday 18th December

In lieu of a December monthly meet, we are having a Sunday lunchtime meet at the Inn-on-the-Lake, Silvermere, Cobham, Surrey. Lunch is to be served at 1pm, but people can arrive earlier for tyre kicking and a chat.

There will be an area reserved for us and the menu will from the Festive Table D’Hote Menu.

2 courses are £14.95, 3 courses £17.95 per person.

If you are interested in attending, please post up on the Christmas Lunch – Sunday 18th December thread. Can you please indicate if you are going and what your order is, e.g:

1) Jack – Soup – Turkey – Banoffee Pie
2) Jack’s Guest – No starter – Chicken – Apple Crumble

Please post up your choice by Sunday 11th December.

10th December day trip to France

Anyone fancy the usual trip to Montreuil for lunch and then to Citi Europe to stock up on comestibles of the liquid variety? Saturday 10th December 2011.

Following up on Howards previous sucessful and very enjoyable French day trips, you now have another opportunity to take part. For those who haven’t been on one before, details on Montreuil can be found here:

Normally we leave Calais and take the coast road down to Wimeraux, and then cut cross country down to Montreuil, park in the central square, have lunch and a walk around.
Return via a different route to Wimeraux, coast road back to Citi Europe, to fill up with food/drink and then onto the ferry/ shuttle home.

2011 Monthly Meets
End of Month meets are held on the last Tuesday of every month at the Inn on the Lake, Silvermere Golf Course, Cobham Surrey. People arrive from 7:30 and tyre kick, sit and chat over a drink or even a bite to eat. We’re a really friendly bunch, so why not come along and say hi!

Hello & welcome to the revised PlanetMX5 website.

As you can see, some of the pages are not yet updated as the effort thus far has been focussed on getting the old website content moved across to here. However, content will continue to be added over the next few weeks and if you have any ideas for here, then please let us know.
